A Cisco Panoptica deployer is associated with an upstream CD plugin (for example, Helm). The association is made using a shared Panoptica service account.
Once associated with the plugin, the deployer will have information about deployments made from the plugin to Panoptica environments. You can then create CD Scan Policies to check images deployed your environments.

Create a Deployer

1. Navigate to the Deployments page, and select Deployers.
2. Click New Deployer

3. Select Panoptica for the Deployer Type.
4. Select the Service Account. This connects the deployer with a specific CD Plugin, which is configured to use the same service account.
5. Click FINISH.
