You can view runtime network activity in your environments in Panoptica, on the Runtime page.

View Network Activity (Connections)

The Connections tab shows a list of connections (network activity) between workloads in your environments.

By default, the view shows the source and destination workloads that were involved in the communication, and the total number of connections between them.

You can filter the view to show only connections that violated a runtime communication policy (whether the communication was allowed, or denied, according to the rules in the policy).

You can also change the time period (backwards from the current time) covered by the list.
